Let’s Encrypt (the Certificate Authority used by Certify The Web) announced in March 2019 that they will shut down v1 of their API in June 2021, with no new registrations from the end of October 2019.
If you haven’t upgraded to Certify The Web v4.x yet you should do so now to ensure the application continues to reliably renew certificates for you.
