I am new to Certify the web.
We are a digicert reseller and already have many certificates in their system. I have already set up the ACME on Digicert’s end.
Is there a way to add the existing certificates into Certify the web?

No there is currently no way to import existing certificates into the app, you need to setup a new managed certificate for each one you will be managing in the app.
You can uncheck the Auto Renew option under Certificate > Advanced so that your current cert doesn’t get replaced immediately but you will need to re-enable that when the time comes to start renewing each cert.
