We are unable to redirect customers to the secure sites because of this issue. When logged in to the secure sites they are creating blank PDF pages. The original sites work as expected. Any help is appreciated.
Hi, I can only really help with getting the app to issue certificates etc and it sounds like your https is working normally but something else in your app breaks when using https.
Can you contact the developers of the software/web app you are using?
