I am from North Idaho College and we are looking for a long term automated solution. I downloaded the software and the first thing I noticed, is the limitation on the certificate providers. We are members or Incommon which has over 1000 participating members. Incommon is moving their certificate provider from Sectigo to Certinext.
I noticed Certinext is not on the list of providers that you can choose.
Finally, my question:
Is there a way to add Certinext as a certificate provider?, Is there someone that we can contact from Certify The Web that may be able to help with this issue?

We have a few built in suggested CA but you can absolutely add your own. You can define any Certificate Authority you want as long as they support ACME (v2): Certificate Authorities | Certify The Web Docs
What does a certinext ACME directory URL look like, Is it unique to each institution/account or is it a general URL for everyone? If there is a common one everyone migrating from sectigo will be using we could add it as a built in CA.

Since Certinext is a subset of emudhra, they have multple endpoints. Their main url is certinext.io, however, since we are coming from Incommon, we use us.certinext.io.
You can create bots for discovery, implementation, or both, or us an API connection.
