Cannot request certificate for internal hostnames

Version : 7.0.19
OS : Windows Server 2025 build 26100.32860

This issue does not exists in version 6.1.11

Steps to reproduce :

  1. From management HUB or Certificate Manager, create a new custom CA and toggle “Allow internal hostnames”
  2. Create an account to use with this custom CA
  3. Create a certificate request using this CA and an internal hostname as identifier
