Certifytheweb is using D drive to request ssl

Hello there,
I was trying to request a ssl certificate for one of my domain but the software is using D drive for storing the certs which unfortunately is readonly drive added by our vendor as CD read only drive.
I am not able to find any settings in the UI where I can set the default drive for storing ssl location, for now it is trying to use D:/a/

If anyone knows how to change the location please help.

Hi,

No, the app will normally write to the ProgramData\Certify folder and subfolders. There is nothing in the app which points to a D: drive specifically. If your system is configured to store ProgramData on D: then that would be a problem.

Does your managed certificate have any Tasks configured (under the Tasks tab)? If so check the settings to see if you are somehow selecting the D drive for a certificate export.
