Configure certifytheweb for GoDaddy certificate automatic renewal

I am new in this community, need help with my web server Win2019, I installed certifytheweb and added GoDaddy as a CA in the list using the EAB KID and EAB Key. I already have a certificate in GoDaddy for a X.com domain that want to install in my web server (this is the first time to install in this server so need new key) and when a configure to request a new certificate, I get this error “urn:ietf:params:acme:error:serverInternal :: Server encountered an unexpected error when attempting to create the new order. [You do not have an available product]”
What is missing?, Any ideas?

Standard ACME does not have the concept of importing an existing certificate into an ACME client.

Some CAs have specific URLs you can use when setting up ACME accounts so that they refer specifically to a single issued certificate so you can re-issue it etc, but it’s an incredibly messy workaround to try to shoehorn ACME into their existing certificate renewal system, and they should just match identifiers to existing certs on the same account instead,

You should feed that back to them as otherwise you have to have an ACME account per cert, which is a bit ridiculous. If they want to debate that they are welcome to post here.

The error message is from their system, and probably means your account is not able to issue extra certificates.

Consider if you really need a certificate from them or you could just use Let’s Encrypt or Google Trust Services.
