We are getting this error message in the log when we try to start Certify. The Newtonsoft.Json.dll file is in C:\Program Files\CertifyTheWeb directory. The installation was also working for over a year and then this message started getting put in the log everytime we try to start the Certify service.
Thanks, that’s a very unusual error - can you install the latest version of the app and see if that resolves the issue? Just download and install from https://certifytheweb.com - your settings should be upgraded automatically unless you are on a very old version of the app.
If the problem persists please provide more information about your version, OS, what has changed etc.
