Getting Error While Upgrading Application

Hi! I’m having issues upgrading Certify the Web from version 4.1.6 to the latest 5.1.8. I get the following error (I’ve tried upgrading through the app and also just downloading the install files and kicking it off from there). I’m logged in as an Admin and have kicked off both processes to “Run as administrator”. No idea what’s going on. Any ideas?

Thanks I have replied to your support email. Stopping the Certify.Service background service to unlock the file should fix the problem, if not then something else is locking the file and you will likely need to reboot.
