Currently if you use Let’s Encrypt (our default CA) your certificates will have a lifetime of 90-days unless you are already opting in to a different profile (such as shortlived).
Let’s Encrypt have announced they will be moving to 64-day certs in February 2027. In 2028 they will move to 45 day certificates.
If you are managing quite a few certificates across several or more servers and want to be sure you have everything well looked after, check out our Certify Management Hub product which is designed from the ground up for larger scale renewal management.
