My CCM 7.0.20 tells me there are an update to 7.0.21, but takes me to a download page that still has 7.0.20.
I could edit the link to point it to 7.0.21, but it had been easier with a new link 
Just noticed that when I use the Upgrade button in CCM i get 7.0.21
That would just be the time it took for our site updates to deploy (the API vs the website). Everything should be the same version now.
