Devices are not showing in target instance when creating a new certificate.
I’ve been trying to figure this out since yesterday but it might be a bug. I went into settings and target instance was good there then I went back to creating a new cert and it is good now.

We’ll look into that but this seems to be a race between refreshing the list of connected managed instances and that particular UI view. If in doubt I would suggest refreshing the page.
