I’m looking for a previous version of Certify the web that works with .net 4.6.1, I have a windows 2008 server that is not compliable with .net 4.6.2… just my luck. Can someone please provide me with any information to where I can download the previous version of Certify the web. any help will be apparated.
The last version compatible with older versions of .net is https://certifytheweb.s3.amazonaws.com/downloads/archive/CertifyTheWebSetup_V3.0.11.exe which uses the v1 of the Let’s Encrypt API. Let’s Encrypt no longer support new account registrations for the v1 API.

Sorry, I’m afraid your operating system version is just not supported any more. You may need to seek out alternative tools to perform this function however the best option is to upgrade to a newer version of windows.
It is not recommended to connect old versions of windows to the internet if they no longer receive security updates from microsoft.
