Problem adding new credentials

I have the same issue windows 10 and version 4.6.1 here is what the log says

Hi, thanks for reporting this issue, it is not a known bug.

Your problem stated here is different to the original post and you are likely using the latest version v4.1.6 - it looks like an exception while adding a stored credential related to the list of challenge providers. When adding your credentials do you get a list of API provider type?:

I’d suggest restarting the Certify background service and re-opening the app as something unusual has gone wrong, if the problem persists I’d uninstall the app and re-install.
