Paid customer here trying to send an email to [email protected] - bouncing back with “all relevant MX records point to non-existent hosts or (invalidly) to IP addresses”

So we use Zoho helpdesk for our ticketing system and occasionally it doesn’t pick up every ticket perhaps something to do with the way they load balance. Please try sending again or email to
