V4 Bug - Crash on No Credentials

Reporting Bug with Latest Beta:

In the situation where the user has NO stored credentials entered, if they try to setup a new certificate with authorization challenge type = DNS; if the user clicks ‘Test’ it crashes when it should prompt the user that they have not entered any Credentials under Settings.
