I have a Certify The Web v 4.1.6 and i don’t know where is the Managed Certificate Reference Id.

Hi, those commands only exist in recent versions of the app. Your version was released in March 2019, there have been around 42 releases since then. Please ensure that you keep the software as up to date as possible as old versions are not supported.
You will then find the managed certificate id under Certificate > Advanced > Actions.
